What are Common Warts?
Warts are soft, fleshy growths that commonly appear in the hands and feet. However, there are warts that grow in sensitive areas like your face, your feet and even your mouth.
Warts are caused by human papilloma virus or HPV. There are HPV viruses that affect only the hands, others affect only the feet. Others affect the sensitive parts of the body including the face.
